- Caorunn Gin — 45 ml
- Apple juice — 30 ml
- Lime juice (freshly squeezed) — 30 ml
- *Special ingredient #1 (see above) — 15 ml
- Pasteurised egg white — 30 ml

- SHAKE all ingredients with ice and strain back into shaker.
- DRY SHAKE (without ice) and fine strain into chilled glass.
