Absinthe Drip Cocktail (French method)
A traditional cocktail with absinthe and sugar.

- La Fée Parisienne absinthe — 45 ml
- Chilled water — 60 ml
- sugar cube — 1 cube

- POUR absinthe into glass.
- PLACE cube of sugar on a slotted absinthe spoon resting across the top of the glass.
- Using an absinthe fountain, DRIP iced water over the sugar so it dissolves.
