A tropical cocktail with vanilla vodka and pineapple juice.

- Apricot (brandy) liqueur — 15 ml
- Crème de banane liqueur — 15 ml
- Passion fruit puree — 30 ml
- Sugar syrup (65.0°brix, 2 sugar to 1 water rich syrup) — 15 ml
- Lime (fresh) — 1 wedge
- Pineapple juice (fresh pressed) — Top up with

- ADD first six ingredients to a shaker.
- Shake with ice.
- Strain into an ice-filled glass.
- Top up with pineapple juice.
