• קישוט: Halen Môn Oak Smoked Sugar rim Optional orange wedge
• ABV: 16%

מרכיבים

• Haig Club Single Grain Scotch Whisky — 30 ml
• L'OR de Jean Martell cognac — 30 ml
• Lemon juice (freshly squeezed) — 30 ml
• Honey — 1 spoon
• Chilled water — 30 ml
• Angostura Aromatic Bitters — 2 dash

איך להכין את זה

1. Run cut lemon round the edge of a glass and dip into the smoked sugar.
2. Fill glass with ice.
3. In a shaker, stir to dissolve honey into the whisky and cognac.
4. Add remaining ingredients and pour into glass (careful not to disturb the rim).
5. Garnish with optional orange wedge.
