A sweet and sour cocktail with rhubarb.

• כוס: Old-fashioned glass
• קרח: Ice
• קישוט: Lemon slice & Luxardo Maraschino cherry on stick (sail)
• ABV: 16%

מרכיבים

• Lemon juice (freshly squeezed) — 30 ml
• Sugar syrup (65.0°brix, 2 sugar to 1 water rich syrup) — 15 ml
• Angostura or other aromatic bitters — 2 dash
• Pasteurised egg white — 15 ml
• Rhubarb flavoured vodka — 60 ml
• Vanilla extract — 6 drop

איך להכין את זה

1. SHAKE all ingredients with ice.
2. Strain back into shaker.
3. DRY SHAKE (without ice).
4. Fine strain into ice-filled glass.
5. Garnish with lemon slice & Luxardo Maraschino cherry on stick.
