Peter's Amaretto Sour
A sweet and sour cocktail with amaretto.

- קישוט: Lemon & cherry sail (lemon slice & Luxardo Maraschino cherry on stick)
- ABV: 12%

- Amaretto liqueur — 60 ml
- Lemon juice (freshly squeezed) — 30 ml
- Angostura or other aromatic bitters — 1 dash
- Pasteurised egg white — 15 ml
- Cointreau triple sec liqueur — 30 ml

- SHAKE all ingredients with ice and strain back into shaker.
- DRY SHAKE (without ice) and fine strain into ice-filled glass.
