- Lime juice (freshly squeezed) — 15 ml
- Sugar syrup (65.0°brix, 2 sugar to 1 water rich syrup) — 5 ml
- Chilled water (omit if using wet ice) — 22.5 ml

- SHAKE all ingredients with ice.
