- Gin — 30 ml
- Sour apple liqueur — 30 ml
- Lemon juice (freshly squeezed) — 30 ml
- 'Simple' sugar syrup (1 sugar to 1 water) — 30 ml
- Kawakawa leaves — 18 leaf

- First you need to make the kawakawa tea and simple syrup.
- Add all ingredients to a shaker with ice.
- Strain into a chilled glass.
