- Egg White — 1 fresh
- Pumpkin butter — 1 spoon
- Bombay Sapphire Gin — 60 ml
- Lemon juice (freshly squeezed) — 15 ml
איך להכין את זה
- Add all ingredients to shaker.
- Shake for 20 seconds to emulsify the egg.
- Add ice to shaker and shake again to cool.
- Double strain into a martini glass.
