- Gin — 50 ml
- Lime juice (freshly squeezed) — 25 ml
- 'Simple' sugar syrup (1 sugar to 1 water) — 20 ml
- Mint leaves — 8 unit
- Cucumber (fresh) — 2 slice
איך להכין את זה
- Muddle cucumber and mint with all other ingredients.
- Then shake with ice and double strain into Coupe or maybe a rocks glass with ice.
- Garnish with a mint sprig and possibly a cucumber slice.
