- 1 oz Drambuie — 3/4
- 1 oz fresh lemon juice — 3/4
- to 120ml chilled ginger ale — 3
- Lemon twist

- Strain into an ice-filled highball glass.
- Top with ginger ale and stir gently.
- Twist the lemon peel over the drink, and drop it in.
