- De Kuyper Apricot Brandy liqueur — 15 ml
- Skinos Mastiha — 10 ml
- Lime juice (freshly squeezed) — 30 ml
- Sugar syrup (65.0°brix, 2 sugar to 1 water rich syrup) — 5 ml
- Pasteurised egg white — 15 ml
- Bob's Grapefruit Bitters — 6 dash

- SHAKE all ingredients with ice and strain back into shaker.
- DRY SHAKE (without ice) and fine strain into ice-filled glass.
