- Jus de citron (fraîchement pressé) — 30 ml
- Sirop de sucre (65.0°brix, 2 sucre pour 1 eau riche en sirop) — 7.5 ml
- Sorbet au citron — 2 scoop
- Soda du siphon — Top up with
Préparation
- SHAKE first four ingredients with ice.
- Strain into ice-filled glass.
- TOP with soda from a siphon.
