• Tawny port — 15 ml
• Demerara / tumma Muscovado sokerisiirappi (2 sokeria 1 vettä) — 10 ml
• Brittiläinen bitter ale — 40 ml
• Muna (valkuainen & keltuainen) — 1 fresh

Kuinka valmistaa se

1. SHAKE all ingredients with ice.
2. Strain back into shaker.
3. DRY SHAKE without ice and fine strain into chilled glass.
