A cocktail with pisco and watermelon syrup.

• Jää: Ice
• Koriste: Dehydrated jalapeño slice
• ABV: 15%

Ainesosat

• BarSol Mosto Verde Italia Pisco (Jalapeño chili infused) — 60 ml
• Watermelon sugar syrup — 30 ml
• Lime juice (freshly squeezed) — 22.5 ml
• Pasteurised egg white — 15 ml

Kuinka valmistaa se

1. SHAKE all ingredients with ice.
2. Strain back into shaker.
3. DRY SHAKE (without ice) and fine strain into chilled glass.
