- Sugar syrup (65.0°brix, 2 sugar to 1 water rich syrup) — 15 ml
- Lime (fresh) — 1 grated zest of
- Gin — 60 ml
- Orange Bitters by Angostura — 4 dash
Kuinka valmistaa se
- SHAKE all ingredients with ice and strain into glass filled with crushed ice.
- CHURN (stir) and add more ice until glass is filled.
