- Koriste: Jos haluat, voit ripotella cocktailin päälle tomusokeria ja nopeasti polttaa luodaksesi erittäin kevyen bruleen, mutta ole varovainen, ettet kypsennä munavaahtoa.

Ainesosat
- Del Maguey VIDA mezcal — 30 ml
- Giffard Cherry Brandy Liqueur — 30 ml
- Giffard Vanille De Madagascar (vaniljalikööri) — 15 ml
- Demerara / dark Muscovado sugar syrup (2 sugar to 1 water) — 7.5 ml
- Orange juice (freshly squeezed) — 15 ml
- Egg (white & yolk) — 1 whole
Kuinka valmistaa se
- Combine all ingredients in a shaker tin and dry shake for 5-7 seconds.
- Add ice and shake for another 12-15 seconds.
- Double strain into a chilled coupe.
