A warm cocktail with whisky and cognac.

• Lasit: Old-fashioned glass
• Jää: Ice
• Koriste: Lemon zest twist (discarded) & rosemary sprig
• ABV: 10%

Ainesosat

• Islay single malt (peated) Scotch whisky — 7.5 ml
• Chilled water — 120 ml
• Rémy Martin 1738 Cognac — 50 ml
• Honey sugar syrup — 10 ml
• Cinnamon sugar syrup — 5 ml
• Peychaud's or other Creole-style bitters — 2 dash

Kuinka valmistaa se

1. POUR whisky and water into ice-filled glass.
2. Separately, STIR other ingredients with ice.
3. Discard contents of glass and strain stirred cocktail into the chilled glass.
