- De Kuyper Triple Sec (40%) — 7.5 ml
- Sugar syrup (65.0°brix, 2 sugar to 1 water rich syrup) — 5 ml
- Peychaud's or other Creole-style bitters — 2 dash
Kuidas seda teha
- POUR absinthe into ice-filled glass.
- TOP with chilled water and set to one side.
- Separately, SHAKE other ingredients with ice.
- DISCARD contents of glass and strain drink into empty absinthe-coated glass.
