• Rutte Old Simon Genever — 15 ml
• Mezcal — 7.5 ml
• Sugar syrup (65.0°brix, 2 sugar to 1 water rich syrup) — 7.5 ml
• Lime juice (freshly squeezed) — 22.5 ml

Kuidas seda teha

1. Remove skins from your cucumber before muddling in shaker.
2. Once muddled, add liquid ingredients and shake in ice.
3. Use a fine strainer to filter out ice and cucumber bits when pouring into your glass.
