• Bacardi Carta Blanca light rum — 45 ml
• Bittersweet orange-red aperitivo — 15 ml
• Giffard Orgeat Syrup — 15 ml
• Lemon juice (freshly squeezed) — 30 ml
• Pasteurised egg white — 15 ml

Kuidas seda teha

1. SHAKE all ingredients with ice and strain back into shaker.
2. DRY SHAKE (without ice) and fine strain into chilled glass.
