• Lemon juice (freshly squeezed) — 15 ml
• Sugar syrup (65.0°brix, 2 sugar to 1 water rich syrup) — 5 ml

Kuidas seda teha

1. Prepare a coupe glass by chilling it.
2. SHAKE all ingredients with ice.
3. Fine strain the mixture into the chilled glass.
