- Sool — 4 spoon
- Külm vesi — 1 pint
- Pastöriseeritud munavalge — 90 ml
- Patrón Reposado tequila — 60 ml
- Lime mahl (värskelt pressitud) — 30 ml
- De Kuyper Triple Sec (40%) — 30 ml
Kuidas seda teha
- Combine first three ingredients, POUR into cream whipping siphon and CHARGE with nitrous oxide.
- Shake and place siphon in a refrigerator for one hour prior to making drink.
- SHAKE next three ingredients with ice and fine strain into chilled glass.
- SQUIRT salt foam over surface of drink from siphon.
