- Step 1: In a shaker, combine gin, lemon juice, and powdered sugar.
- Step 2: Add ice to the shaker.
- Step 3: Shake all ingredients well.
- Step 4: Strain the mixture into a highball glass.
- Step 5: Top with soda water.
- Step 6: Gently stir.
- Step 7: Garnish with a lemon slice or lemon zest.
