- Root ginger (thumbnail-sized slice) — 2 slice
- Havana Club 7yo rum — 45 ml
- Ginger sugar syrup — 15 ml
- Giffard Orgeat Syrup — 7.5 ml
- Pineapple juice (fresh pressed) — 30 ml
- Lime juice (freshly squeezed) — 7.5 ml
- Giffard Vanille de Madagascar — 15 ml
Kuidas seda teha
- MUDDLE ginger in base of shaker.
- Add other ingredients.
- SHAKE with ice and fine strain into ice-filled glass.
- Garnish with pineapple wedge & Luxardo Maraschino cherry.
