• Giffard Grenadine syrup — 5 ml
• Pasteurised egg white — 15 ml

Kuidas seda teha

1. Combine Havana Club 3 Year Old rum, lemon juice, sugar syrup, Giffard Grenadine syrup, and pasteurised egg white in a shaker.
2. Add ice to the shaker.
3. Shake all ingredients vigorously.
4. Fine strain the mixture into a chilled coupe glass.
