A complex cocktail with bourbon and cognac.

• Wild Turkey 101 Proof Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whiskey — 45 ml
• Courvoisier VSOP Exclusif cognac — 45 ml
• Dale DeGroff's Pimento bitters — 2.5 ml
• The Bitter Truth Jerry Thomas Bitters — 2.5 ml
• The Bitter Truth Creole Bitters — 5 ml
• Jade Nouvelle-Orleans Absinthe Superieure — 5 ml
• Bénédictine D.O.M. liqueur — 7.5 ml
• Difford's Falernum liqueur — 7.5 ml

Kuidas seda teha

1. Add the Absinthe to an atomiser and set aside.
2. Chill your glass.
3. Long stir the Bourbon, Cognac, Benedictine, Falernum, and Bitters with ice until very cold.
4. Spray the glass with Absinthe.
5. Strain the Sazerac into the Absinthe coated glass.
