• Italian red bitter liqueur — 20 ml
• Giffard Menthe Pastille white crème de menthe — 10 ml
• Peroni lager — 60 ml

1. STIR first 3 ingredients with ice.
2. POUR beer into ice-filled glass.
3. Then strain stirred ingredients into glass and lightly stir.
